Will this video card work on my Compaq Presario PC with these specs:
-AMD Athalon 2.08GHZ processeror
- 512 mb PC 2700 DDR SDRAM memory
- 120GB Ultra DMA hard drive
- Windows XP

Your Presario S6200CL only has an AGP slot. It will not accept the Visiontek PCIExpress video card you linked to.
That Visiontek card requires a PCIExpress 16x slot, which your Presario does not have.
The ATI HD3650/3850 is better than the X1050, and they have AGP versions available: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLis…
I'd go with one of those.
