Why cant i update my ati radeon video card driver says i dont have right driver?

i have an ati radeon express 1150 video card it is in my motherboard there is a new update for it on the amd ati website http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/xp/integrated-xp.html and i cant finish the instalation because it says i dont have the correct driver and says i should setup my display adapter with a standard vga idk wat to doo i just want my video card to run better with this update plz help|||Through control panel.Select install/remove progs. Uninstall driver then reboot and you should then be able to install the updated driver
