ATI Radeon Video Card 9500 or HD 3650 which is better?

Hi, does anyone know which is a better graphics card HD 3650 or 9500 series? I called up Dell and they said it is 9500 but this person did not sound like they know what they are talking about. I wanted to buy Battlefield 2142 and the system requirements says at least ATI Radeon 9500 or greater and I have a ATI Radeon HD 3650 for Vista. Would this game work?|||The 3650 is a way newer card than the ATI 9500, go for the 3650.
