ok to all video card experts out there.im planning to buy a hd6990 this saturday(aug12).do you think its better if I wait for the 7xxx series cards or get the 6990 now?because from what I saw from the internet 7xxx series will be released like may 2012???(not sure)
p.s. im planning to play bf3,bioshock infinite,dead island :) do you think the 6990 is enough for this games.I mean high settings and all :) THANKS IN ADVANCE :)|||I'm sure that the 7-series will one day release, but timing is unknown. Maybe it would be, as you say, May. 2012. But here's the deal. Do you want to wait??
7-series must be a very big step for AMD to take. So the performance might went up a lot, but so is the price. Are you willing to wait and spend the money for something that might just be a rumor?
