ATI radeon video card for guild wars?

i am looking for a dedsktop that is capaple of playing the game guild wars and ive found a dell that has an ATI radeon HD 4350 512 MB, but when i look at the recommended system requirements for the game it says that i need a ATI radeon 9600 is the one that this computer comes with better than that, i was wondering because it has HD before the 4350|||The ATI Radeon 9600 is an incredibly outdated card compared to the HD 4350. The 9xxx series dates back to around 2003 while the HD 4350 is only just 2008. The HD 4350 will be more than enough for Guild Wars but is still recommended if you want to play most of today's latest games with decent settings.|||The HD 4 Series is currently the highest spec'd, I think the highest now is the HD 4890.
