How can you know if your graphic/video card needed a driver?

guys how can you know? and what will you do?

I have expereicned some technical difficultiees in playing an online game.

i have a 128 radeon video card..:(|||i always know if my computer needs a graphics driver if in display properties the computer doesn't know what kind of card I have. Its happened a few times- after reformatting my computer, installed new graphics card, system restore.

I've always used nvidia graphics cards, which drivers can be found on their website. I'm imagine ATI would have more or less the same thing.

if this game you're having problems is steam-related, ignore the warning. I've had more problems after installing the new drivers than before when I only had steam telling me the drivers are old.|||here's the web site address

http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSuppo…

click the ,,,download graphics driver text

put details in the new window and download the drivers|||Download free GPU-Z its Free will display your Video Card manufacturer and its model plus memory and bits etc.. then just go to the ati website and download its drivers...

i hope that it should work..|||You should check for new video drivers often. ATI and Nvidia release new drivers about every 6-8 weeks.
