I have radeon 7000 installed and I want to upgrade to radeon x800xl I can only power it with one of the harddrive power supplies the computer turns on but but monitor wont connect, it says check wireing everything works fine when I put back in the 7000. Monitor wont even shows the bios when the 800 is installed, in suggestions?|||if your power supply unit is less than 350w then it wont be powerful enough
my guess is your graphics card is not getting enough power....try upgrading the psu to something rated 600w or better
