Making game tap work with a radeon video card?

I have a ATI Radeon video card, latest version. And when ever I try to run gametap with it, it tells me that the hardware accelerator driver isn't working. I have no idea what to do, and I'm really hoping some one here can help.|||Can u give me more detail on ur ATI radeon video card: spec
